(i) three (3) certified true copies of your company’s board of directors’ resolution authorizing the purchase of the Property upon the terms and conditions of the SPA and execution of the SPA;
(ii) three (3) certified true copies each of your company’s Form 9, 24, 44 and 49 and Memorandum of Articles of Association;
(iii) an identity card (for Malaysian) or the passport (for non-Malaysian) of your authorized signatory(ies) executing the SPA; and
(iv) your company’s rubber stamp or common seal, which is applicable.
5. If loan rejected, booking fee will be refunded with minus RM1,000 (processing fee)
